Call for submissions!
This year’s title for the Annual Affordable Art exhibition is Two x Two takeaways.
Submitted artworks for Two x Two takeaways need to comply with the size restriction of 20cm x 20cm (20cm sq if a 3d piece) and be $200 or under. Commission of 25% needs to be included in the $200 retail price tag. All mediums will be considered for inclusion but it is recommended that works on paper or photographs are framed.
Submit ideas or images of completed works to the curator, Lisa Rogers at lisa@ceac.org.nz before October 1st 2010.
“Artists have created 20cm x 20cm artworks that are perfect for your Christmas stockings. All works are for sale at $200 or under and are available to be ‘taken away’ at the time of purchase.”
Exhibition dates are December 9th 2010 – January 9th 2011, opening Thursday 8th Dec, 6pm.
