Creative Electronics with Diana Burgoyne

This workshop is designed to introduce participants to electronics as it pertains to a variety of mediums in addition to investigating electronics as new media practice. With the objective to develop skills such as reading schematics, wiring, and troubleshooting while working with interactivity, movement, and sound.
Participants do not need to be mechanically inclined or have any previous experience with electronics to benet from this workshop

This June, Script to Screen in association with CoLab and Nga Aho Whakaari will run a digital media workshop. Up to nine selected teams will spend a weekend producing a 2-minute story-based project for the mobile phone or internet, under the tutelage of experienced practitioners Laurent Antonczak, Bevin Linkhorn, Simon Marler and Pita Turei.
The workshop is open to teams of 1-3 who need to cover the key skills to produce the project.
